“Connecting with Respect has been a tremendous success with our organization…We are seeing throughout the company that Connecting with Respect has made what was already an excellent Johnsonville culture even better!”

Cory Bouck, Director of Organizational Development and Learning, Johnsonville Sausage

“I’ve heard nothing but positive comments from our staff – many saying it was the best workshop they have attended. I look forward to future work together and possibilities.”

Deb Snellen, SPHR, Executive Director, Organizational and Professional Development, University of Missouri Advancement

“Great interweaving of the science, the stories, the attendee’s experiences, and practical application. I have a different (broader) perspective on respect and look forward to introducing the ideas in my organization (big goal) and know that I can build some of these specific skills into my role as instructor (with students) + leader (with direct reports) + creating a great workplace environment.”

Workshop Attendee, ATD2017

“I learned far more than I expected – interesting research and framework about respect. The presenter gave concrete steps to take that anyone can apply, and had us practice at our tables.”

Workshop Attendee, ATD2017

“Your presentation on changing culture was right on for our organization. It was refreshing to hear someone who understands the reality of change and key drivers that promote success. We enjoyed your candor and down-to-earth approach.”

Gary Salters, Sr. VP Customer Operations, McGraw-Hill Education

“Paul Meshanko’s seminar was excellent. Our employees latched onto Paul’s interactive style and really embraced his message. The employee surveys prove it…Paul is all class. It is clearly one of the best employee programs that we have arranged for.”
