Guest Blogger Guidelines
Thank you for your interest in writing for our acclaimed blog on respect and workplace diversity and inclusion.
Requirements
We are seeking posts that are written for a general / Human Resources/ Training / Organizational Development audience on the following topics:
- Workplace respect
- Diversity / Inclusion
- Rewards and recognition
- Bullying
- Civility
- Emotional intelligence
- Employee engagement
- Positive workplace cultures
Post length must be between 300 – 1000 words and include a title. Along with the post, you will be required to submit a short biographical paragraph containing at least one link back to your website plus a professional image of yourself.
Style
For online readability, posts should include short paragraphs or bulleted lists. Only relevant links should be included in the body of the posts. We reserve the right to edit all submitted posts for length or style.
Some ideas for style of guest blog posts that we are looking for:
- Curated Collection (collection of industry-related articles or resources)
- How-To Guide (example: From Toxic to Terrific: Transforming the Culture of Your Workplace)
- List-Based (example: 10 Actions You Can Focus on to Influence Culture of Respect, Civility in your Workplace)
- Current News-Related
Review Process
All posts are reviewed within 2 weeks of submission and published when an opening occurs in the editorial calendar. You will be notified if we need to make any changes to your post prior to publication.
We are looking for single submissions as well as regular contributors.
