Dr. Andrew Pavord has led budget processes for the DC government, the U.S. Small Business Administration, and the U.S. Department of Treasury. He managed headquarters operations for the U.S. Department of Treasury and served as chief of staff to the Chief Financial Officer of the US Department of Veterans Affairs. He led consulting engagements at the U.S. Army Installation Management Agency, U.S. Forest Service, the U.S. Department of Agriculture and the U.S. Air Force. His current work involves leading process improvement and organizational development projects for the Office of Budget of the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. He retired as a colonel in the Army Reserve and was deployed to Desert Storm, Bosnia, and Afghanistan. He earned a MA in economics from George Mason University and Ph.D. in political science from the Johns Hopkins University. Dr. Pavord is also the founder of the Federal Consulting Alliance.
