Based on the “Language of Change” unit of the Connecting With Respect workshop, the MyLegacy Mobile app allows users to keep track of values and goals, create affirmative reminders and to-do lists. The affirmative reminder section of the app allows users to add pictures and sounds and notifies users during preset times of the day.
