The goal of LBC is to provide a first class experience for their clients and by adding to the team in the areas of client services, communications, design and marketing, LBC will continue to lead the charge in creating a culture of engagement through respect.

Todd Costello joins Legacy as the new Director of Client Services. He holds an Associate’s in Technology from Kent State University and has worked in the print industry for 16 years. Costello now specializes in customer services and sales. His focus will be ensuring seamless delivery of LBC services to the end user globally. “The opportunity to join this team and experience positive interactions every day, all day long, has been a great experience for me,” Costello says. “Todd’s extensive experience in sales and client relations will be a great addition to our company,” says Legacy’s President Paul Meshanko.

Brittany Kula holds a BA in Communications from Cleveland State University. She has a background in marketing, public relations, and event planning. As Legacy’s new Communication Specialist, Kula will help develop and carry out marketing and PR campaigns designed to further grow LBC’s reach. “I feel like my education and background in marketing and public relations have really prepared me for this exciting new chapter in my life at Legacy,” Kula says. “Brittany’s passion and enthusiasm for the fields of marketing and public relations will enable Legacy to expand and flourish. We are excited to see the growth of our reach,” Meshanko says.

Dustin Lancy joins Legacy as a Marketing Manager. Lancy holds a Bachelor’s in Finance from Walsh University and specializes in survey metrics, sales, client support, and product development. He will coordinate our proprietary survey platforms for executive teams and launch our new product line, The Legacy Profilier. “Working with Legacy has been an exciting journey thus far. We have set some vast goals to reach in 2012, and our team is determined to accomplish them,” says Lancy. “Dustin’s skills and work ethic make him a great addition to our team, we are excited to offer our clients an attention to detail that only Dustin can provide,” Meshanko says.

Jason Pribble holds a BA in Psychology, a BS in graphic design, and an MA in education. As Legacy’s new Marketing Designer, Pribble will use his vast background in graphic design to work on marketing materials, website design, and email campaigns. He is charged with creating a best in class experience for our clients from a materials standpoint. His capabilities to completely customize all collateral separates LBC in the global market. “I look forward to an opportunity to advance LBC’s goal of transforming the culture of businesses by helping our facilitators market their services and improve their teaching through creating customized training materials,” Pribble says. “Jason’s extensive background in graphic design will be a valuable asset to our company. The highest level of customized design is our goal for the clients and Jason is the perfect choice for LBC,” says Meshanko.
