Longtime staff member and partner assumes new role.
Legacy Business Cultures, a global provider of employee training, organizational surveys, and executive coaching, today announced the hire of Melanie Sklarz as Director of Marketing, effective immediately.
“I am thrilled to return to Legacy in this new capacity. After having been a marketing staff member and a consulting partner with the company, I look forward to the creative challenges of this new role,” Melanie commented. “Legacy is a growth organization and I am excited to be part of that future.”
For the last 5 years, Melanie has been the web content and social media coordinator as well as the lead blog writer for the legacycultures.com website and a facilitator for Legacy’s Connecting with Respect program.
Legacyculture.com’s inbound traffic, under her direction, increased dramatically each year and the social media campaign, with emphasis on blogging and Twitter, grew the site’s eNews subscription by 150%.
In her new position as Director of Marketing, Melanie will continue her role at legacycultures.com and also provide brand strategy for the entire company and leadership overseeing the launch of several new and exciting products and services.

Melanie will be based out of the Cleveland office and will supervise all of the marketing and branding initiatives of Legacy Business Cultures and legacycultures.com
