Legacy Business Cultures and Families of Homicide Victims and Missing Persons (FOHVAMP) have formed a strategic partnership to strengthen the capabilities of federal, state, and local law enforcement in order to bring resolution to cold cases.
The partners will combine their highly successful approaches to developing the management and tactical skills of law enforcement and security professionals. They will also build upon their unique applications of human effectiveness, positive psychology, leadership development, and neuroscience. Their goal is to create personal and cultural transformation through institutionalizing the heart-set, mind-set, skill-set and tool-set of security professionals.
“Our partnership with Legacy Business Cultures will dramatically expand our ability to help professionals in law enforcement, prosecutorial offices, and the courts address the nearly 600,000 unresolved homicides and missing persons’ cases in our country and bring closure for the more than 4.2 million co-victims of these crimes,” declared Rob Wells, President of FOHVAMP.
According to Paul Meshanko, President & CEO of Legacy Business Cultures, “We are honored to partner with FOHVAMP and to assist them using our unique approach to behavior change. This will revolutionize the law enforcement and security profession creating a healthier and more productive environment where trust and collaboration become the norm.”
