Legacy Business Cultures and the National Maritime Law Enforcement Academy (NMLEA) have formed a strategic partnership to strengthen the safety and security of our country through delivery of a national standard of professional training, through public education and through outreach to our local, county, state, tribal and federal governmental representatives.

The partners will combine their highly successful approaches to developing the management and tactical skills of law enforcement and security professionals. They will also build upon their unique applications of human effectiveness, positive psychology, leadership development, and neuroscience. Their goal is to create personal and cultural transformation through institutionalizing the heart-set, mind-set, skill-set and tool-set of security professionals.

“Our partnership with Legacy Business Cultures will dramatically expand our ability to help professionals in law enforcement and homeland security,” stated Rob Wells, Chair of the NMLEA Advisory Board. “It is important that these professionals obtain the best skills in tactical operations, leadership, and strategic thinking.”

“It is an honor to support the professional development of those who protect our communities and our nation,” declared Paul Meshanko, President and CEO of Legacy Business Cultures.
