Legacy Business Cultures is proud to have a presence at the upcoming Multicultural Forum on Workplace Diversity’s 25th anniversary conference in Minneapolis, Minnesota on April 9 – 11, 2013. As the country’s largest diversity and inclusion conference, the Multicultural Forum on Workplace Diversity attracts 1,200+ HR, diversity and talent acquisition leaders and practitioners from all industries.

Our Time to Lead, the theme of this year’s conference, reflects the legacy and evolution of diversity and inclusion over the last 25 years. The Multicultural Forum on Workplace Diversity, presented by the Opus College of Business at the University of St. Thomas, will also feature 58 concurrent learning sessions, Diversity Awards, a Resource Expo, Career Fair and Career Services Center.

Come visit us at Booth #118 at the Resource Expo. Legacy Business Cultures’ staff members will be introducing conference attendees to our unique and contemporary approach to diversity and inclusion training through a respect angle. Attendees are encouraged to stop by and learn more about our Respectful Workplace engagement survey, Connecting with Respect training program and follow up coaching based on the 12 Rules of Respect.

According to Melanie Sklarz, Director of Marketing for Legacy Business Cultures:

I’ve been managing our RespectfulWorkplace.com website – an online resource for diversity and inclusion – for the last five years, and I am overjoyed to attend this conference and also that Legacy will have a presence here.

The conference will wrap up with a 25th anniversary party on Thursday evening to celebrate the Multicultural Forum’s achievements on advancing diversity and inclusion as a competitive advantage by providing a learning environment for businesses and organizations.
